Shoreditch Property Company is a social enterprise, owned by Shoreditch Trust. The company aims to improve the lives of the people living and working in the Shoreditch area through:

• developing underused properties and sites to add value to the community
• providing ongoing income to fund Shoreditch Trust's regeneration work
• supporting and enabling sustainable, profit making enterprises in the local area.

Shoreditch Property Company works in partnership with local authorities, private and other public sector bodies to deliver innovative projects that address the needs of, and are supported by the local business and residential communities.

Shoreditch Trust has developed a sustainability theme which forms an integral part of Shoreditch Property Company's regeneration programme. Shoreditch Property Company's investments and social enterprise projects remain as community assets owned by Shoreditch Trust delivering long-term social and environmental benefits.
